Shipping Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY:

• All order processing occurs only on Monday and Tuesday at 1 pm the latest. Orders placed place after will be processed the next following week.

• Stock items transit within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted.

• Large quantity purchases may also be bulk packed.

• Wholesale requests can take between 5-10 business days to ship.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US. FREIGHT ITEMS DO NOT APPLY.

• United States Postal Service (USPS) is the courier service used by UpLyft Holdings LLC dba Vua Cua.

• Expedited methods of shipping are also available, such as USPS Next Day Air. There is no guarantee that the order received after 11 am PST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments. NOTE: USPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.

• UpLyft Holdings LLC dba Vua Cua is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.

• UpLyft Holdings LLC dba Vua Cua is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.

• All packages are insured when they leave UpLyft Holdings LLC dba Vua Cua. If a package is damaged in shipment, please contact us for further assistant UpLyft Holdings LLC dba Vua Cua. is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
